Frame of my tablet was not fixed well

I got a note 10.1 2014 second hand (everything work perfect touch,sim sd ext ext but…) I noticed that the home button was “strange” .I found and solve the problem just pushing the down part of the tablet (the frame) andthat worked out now I got the home butt “normal” and working.My question “tecnical question” is.

The frame of the note 10.1 2014 (as frame i meaning the black frame all around the display)  is interlocking or glued?I’m asking that because I dont know if I can keep the tablet or if is bettar to give it away telling the problem and to buy another tab.I dont want to get in troubles keeping it and one day getting another time the same or a worst problem allways for the same/similar reason-
