Every time I turn on my camera I can do one action like taking a picture and then all my functions stop working. Also when I zoom in the camera, and I stop pushing the zoom button, the camera zooms out.

Every time I turn on my camera I can do one action like taking a picture and then all my functions stop working. Also when I zoom in the camera, and I stop pushing the zoom button, the camera zooms out. I tried uploading a new firmware and I also tried using a new fully charged battery.
