My computer wont charge or turn on with no lights

So for starters the computer is an Acer Aspire E1-510P-2671     MFG. 2014/01/13         NOT A 4637

i lost my charger and havent turned it on in over a year

I found a charger that matches the same  19v 2.1a

Lights wont turn on battery wont charge i took out the battery overnight ive held the power button for 2 min straight multiple times and nothing  i took out my ram cleaned it and put it back and nothing
