(Panasonic only goes up to 13). Remove the back of your TV and take a good look around. Check all the wiring and connectors. Remove and reseat the cables. Check the connectors for bend pins etc. Check the board for obvious damage like leaking or domed looking caps. If unsure, post some good pictures of your boards with your question.
