pushed the volume up it went to 100 then would not go down i could not get the visual volume off the screen so i decided to "restart the unit. it started the restart and then went off and i now cannot get it to come on it is powered up. and the light on the charger is on. tried the hold the start button for so long etc etc and hold these 3 or 4 buttons but to no avail
wanted to try holding the vol up button and the start button but the vol. button is stuck no up and no down its flat and no motion either side
can i repair this myself.... i tried rubbing alcohol on the outside with a cotton swab to see if any gunk there no change
any help would be GREAT!
