I have the same problem. Good charger, new battery and charge port. Works great unless my wife runs the battery down. Random actions led me to open it up and unplug the battery and plug it back. And it worked! Have had to do that twice now when battery runs completely out.  Didn't used to do that when it was newer though, so something is still amiss.
