It appears as though the LCD screen is faulty.
As you’ve only had the laptop a couple of months, it should still be covered by the ''manufacturer’s warranty''.
I suggest that you verify the purchase date of the laptop, and then consult the manufacturer’s warranty statement, (usually found in the documentation that came with the laptop - if not search online for ''Lenovo Y50-70 warranty''), as to what you have to do to make a claim for a manufacturer’s warranty repair or replacement.
