I realize that you said that none of the TV side buttons work but try the following to try and reset the parental control password, just in case a combination of two buttons do work. (Apologies if you already tried this)
Using the remote select parental control from the TV menu.

Press and hold the ''volume +'' and ''channel +'' buttons on your television (not the remote) for '''8 seconds'''.

When the password input box appears press and hold the ''volume +'' and ''channel +'' buttons on your television (not the remote) for '''8 seconds'''.
There should be a message that the parental controls have been unlocked.
Hopefully if you can unlock the parental controls you should be able to access the ''Keypad Lock'' and the ''Source Lock'' options to unlock them.
