The pto clutch on my zero turn mower won’t engage. I replaced the clutch and it’s still doing the same thing. To make it more complicated, if I engage the clutch then jerk the steering arms back and forth so that the machine lurches, the clutch will engage for just a second. Otherwise it doesn’t engage at all.
