Is the oil leaking out of the engine? If so, then your seals/gaskets are bad. If your piston rings are bad, it will be putting out white smoke from the exhaust pipe all the time. Where is the white smoke coming from? If from the exhaust, then the rings may be going bad.

If I am right about this, then you need a new or rebuilt engine. That would be easier and cheaper than trying to fix the one you have.
