The people at iFixit seem to be of the opinion that either battery will work in your machine. The A1495 is a newer battery and possibly may operate a little longer, look at the compatibility charts.

Looking this up on Everymac does not show a problem. All that being said the capacity may be different and personally I would stay with the battery # designated for your machine. Good third party batteries can be had via Amazon. Just don’t go for the real cheapie.
