Hi Aden Crater, Sorry to hear your having Trouble with your Note 3.
This is most likely just because theres a few applications running in the background then the phone can handle and your ram (random access memory ) might be a little backed up. first you'll need to clean up all the temporary files located on your phone, this can be done with a program called ccleaner (you can find it on the play store) just intall and run its cleaner to get your phone in order.
