Check your speedometer cable -- make sure it is connected to the transmission.  Perhaps it has become disconnected.

If that is not the problem, see if there is a speedometer repair shop in your area.  Getting your speedometer repaired is a lot cheaper than buying a new one.

What do you mean by "the car movement is bad"?  Can you be more specific?
