my dvd player isn't turning on..so I open it and checked in power supply for output voltage and I didn't find any voltage in output segments.its build on tny176np ic.

I started with fuse which is ok..than for any open diodes and found none..I checked the opticoupler for little voltage which I expected and there's none.

I measure the tny176np ic's en pin and also no voltage.

I checked fuse and rectifier ok..no bburn or bubble on caps..no output voltage! so measure primary voltage on transformer and found 320v...but no voltage on secondary side of the transformer legs!
