Replace screen and digitizer or just the front glass

Ok so my note 5 went for a swim in the tub since my little one threw it in there and now i have nothing but black spots with some of the display showing up and im able to use the phone icons as well. Should i just replace the LCD  screen or front glass or do i need to replace both screen and digitizer?
