Lcd and digitizer replacement

I need to replace the lcd touch screen and digitizer for an acer iconia one 10 b3 a30 and I can only purchase them individually not together and I’m told there is no adhesive strips and that it needs to be vacuumed sealed.  Is this true is there a way around that?
