+Replacing BMS board and batteries

crwdns2934249:0crwdne2934249:0:

Hi everyone,
I changed the battery in my JBL Xtreme half a year ago: [post|397360]
The speaker was working perfectly up until now, it seems to be very inconcistent with charging. When I opened it up I saw the whole BMS board was oxidized. (From using too much flux)
-Edit: This is confirmed to be a compatible BMS with the correct wiring.

+=== Update (06/21/2018) ===
+
+There's a video about this by Abrar Akram that explains it in more detail: [https://youtu.be/dJgoooYk1v8|LINK]
+
+These are 2 compatible boards that can be found on Aliexpress that are very cheap 'HX-2S-D01' and 'HX-2S-A10'
+
+I made a diagram for the wiring, 2 sources confirmed this to be correct.
+
+[image|1487330]
+
+I will post pictures of the result.
