820-2879 PP3V3_S5 short to ground

crwdns2934249:0crwdne2934249:0:

I have a reading of 69 ohms on PP3V3_S5 to ground. This is a short to ground correct? I injected 3.3 volts it pulled 0.2 amps from the supply. Nothing on the entire board got hot enough to find I looked all over. I feel 0.2 amps is not enough current draw to make anything hot. Any ideas?
