Hi @imokayjpg ,
Try starting the phone in [http://zte-iqorsupport.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/4582/~/how-do-i-put-my-device-in-safe-mode%3F|safe mode] to check if it operates OK.
''If it works OK when in safe mode'', then a downloaded app is the cause of the problem. The trick is to find out which one!
You need to uninstall each downloaded app, one by one and test the phone, in ''normal mode'', after each uninstall to see if the problem has gone. Once it has gone, the last downloaded app that you uninstalled was the culprit.
''If it still fails when in safe mode'', try performing a factory reset to see if this resolves the problem.
'''Before''' you perform the '''reset,''' '''backup''' the phone using the phone’s backup feature.
''Be aware that a factory reset will erase all your data and downloaded apps. It will restore the phone to its’ factory default condition (or last system updated condition), that’s why it’s important to backup the phone first''.
Once the backup has been completed, reset the phone using the phone’s factory restore feature.
Once the reset has been completed check that the phone operates correctly.
''If it still doesn’t operate correctly'' , then you have a hardware problem.
-If it operates correctly, restore the phone with the backup you made earlier, using the phone’s restore feature.

If it operates correctly, restore the phone with the backup you made earlier, using the phone’s restore feature.

Once the phone has been restored, check that it still operates OK.

If it does then the reset has resolved the problem.
