-This is a common issue with the quality of aftermarket digitizer glass. The OEM / original ones do not have this issue as far as I know.

-It could probably be mitigated by adding kapton / brown transparent electrical tape at the bottom border of the digitizer which is also where the home button cable is.
+Edit: Probably just an issue caused by a combination cheap wall chargers and cables.
