Hi, Can you download other "compatible" apps OK from the Play Store? If not try updating the Play Store app in your phone. - Open the Play Store app, tap Settings, scroll down to Build Number, tap to enter. + Open the '' Play Store'' app, tap ''Menu ''options, then tap '' Settings'' , scroll down to '' Build Number'' , tap to enter. If an update is available, tap it and follow the prompts. Once updated, restart the phone and then try to download the app that you want.
