@alecdent chances are slim but there might be a schematic. We need to get every identifier that is on your motherboard. It's best to post some ''good''' pictures of your board with your question. Use this guide [guide|21499] for that. There will be no voltages listed on the schematic per se, but it might give you an idea of where to check. It is possible that your board received so damage when your cables shorted out originally but I am with @jayeff on this and would check the panel again.
