My Blu Vivo 5R has been stuck in a Restart / 'Starting Android - optimizing app 1 of 1' loop for several hours. The battery cannot be removed and I can't find any workable solutions to reboot or access factory settings.
I installed 2 new apps this morning (MyFitnessPal, Strava) and this has been happening since about an hour after that.
Can anyone help?! If I could just get to the main screen I can uninstall the apps that seem to have caused the problem, but it won't get that far in loading. It won't connect to my PC to access from that side either.
Any advice much appreciated!
