by now the OP probably has the fixed already. Just for completion sake, there is really not much you can do. This is part of a design issue and Skullcandy is most likely not doing anything about it. You can try to make a bond out of thin metal and strap it around the broken part then use some small sheet metal screws to attach that band. Adhesives will most likely not work since there is movement and stress on the part. Of Course you can always try and get a set of headphones that is broken on places other than yours and then harvest the part needed from those.
