GE Profile refrigerator door not cooling properly

We have a  GE Profile freezer top model.  The freezer is cold enough.  The shelves in the refrigerator stay around 35 or 36 degrees.  But, the compartments in the door are 42 to 43 degrees.  What could cause that?
