04' Toyota Echo- Dash and running lights not working.

Deer took out left front end of 04' Toyota Echo (including light assembly). That's when dash & running lights stopped working. I Thought once light assembly was fixed it would solve problem but it didn't. Not sure witch fuse would control these lights and don't have an owner's manual but pulled a few just to look and they seemed ok....
