The machine can run single side scans all day, but as soon as I change settings to double side scan it jams. Red light comes on and I have to open and close to reset... Im a production tech so I have experience with scanners. I have taken this apart to the bone and cleaned everything. Ive downloaded new drivers and reinstalled. It has to be a board. any ideas ?
