This may sound like a dumb question, was the internet working before you did the factory reset?
There are many things that be causing your problem.
-I would first check to make sure your internet connection is really working.
Are other computers connected to the same router or access point able to get on the internet?
Sometimes the icon or network description can be misleading if you are connected to a network, but the network is not connected to the internet.
-If other devices using the same internet connected network are able to get on the internet correctly I would start checking the drivers. Check the device manager and see if any of the network adapters have a warning symbol or exclamation point next to them. If so they driver needs to be installed.
