My camera is restarting each time I take a shot.

Hey everyone,

Recently I got that problem that each time I want to take a picture  or start to record a video my camera samsung nx300 restarts and the photo I wanted to shoot is not saved. I updated the firmware and lens software and nothing changes. I also tried to restart it, to change batteries or lens . Nothing changed. Do you have any idea why is happening?
