Scratched lens cover Fujifilm FinePix XP60

I have a Finepix XP60--verysimilar to XP70--and the plastic covering over the lens has gotten scratched so that all my photos have a little blurry spot in the middle.

Can this piece be replaced? If so, any thoughts on where I could find a replacement part?
