'''Maybe''' is my best answer. You do not have a video-input port.

'''IF''' you could find suitable APP for JELLY BEAN to accept video from USB,

and '''IF''' you buy a VGA-to-USB converter box.

I have an old Toshiba laptop with no lid, no screen, no battery.

Runs Windows video out the USB port, cabled to a converter, cabled to video-IN on a TV.

No joke... thats the 'RCA' connectors ;>)

The TV ''is the monitor'' for the laptop. Will play movies / games.

Your senario is similiar,,, but the tablet needs to pull video IN FROM the USB port.

Another approach,,, but no-fast-movies, you could run over WiFi network with client / server software.

Please let us know what you find. There are many questions on this topic.
