Ive seen many of these, even spoke to samsung; their advice is to take phone to bestbuy and they have what samsung called a SMART TOOL which they will use to reload the camera firmware.  They wouldn't​ explain anything else. If u Google the dialer code for your device you'll see where it shows camera fw: null.
