Hi @louisianagal ,
-There are two microphones in your phone. One for "normal' calls and the other is used wehen the phone is in loudspeaker or 'hands free' mode

There may be a problem with the phone's internal microphone or perhaps the voice inlet hole located at the bottom of the phone may be blocked by lint etc.
To check the latter possibility, use a strong light and a magnifying glass to check if the hole is blocked (bottom edge of phone).
If it appears to be (or even if you can't tell) use a vacuum cleaner to try and clear the obstruction. DO NOT use a pin or probe as it may damage the microphone which is directly behind the hole.
If this did not resolve the problem then the phone needs to be opened and the microphone checked to see if it is a loose connection or a faulty microphone.
