The Windows 10 was updating my ASUS laptop then it failed and suggested a link that I clicked on re-reset to factory setting. Now it is saying missing c:\ProgramFiles\HP\HP\HPEnvy5660 and all apps disappeared including my Microsoft office 365 that has office2016.  I wishe anyone can help me with this empty nut head laptop....
