How do you get the TV channel signals, direct via a TV antenna or an input connection via a "box" to an antenna or cable?
If via an antenna have you checked that the existing antenna is in good condition and is pointed in the correct direction with regard to where the TV transmitters are?
Check the [https://www.manualslib.com/manual/361614/Samsung-La32r81bd.html?page=44#manual|signal level] for your channels. You may need a new antenna or antenna lead and possibly a masthead amplifier as well if the signal level is too low or on the threshold for some channels but not for others.
If connected via a "box" what make and model number is it? Check its' User guide to see if it has a signal level menu option as well.
