1/3 of the people who have had this same problem with their phone randomly shutting down and stuff have gotten a new battery and that fixed it. The other 2/3 got a new battery and the problem persisted. So theres an Idea. I am doing more research before deciding what I will do to my own Samsung Galaxy S5 phone. Just posting what I've found so far. Will edit this post when my phone works again.
