I had the same problem and I was able to partially fix it by flipping it over and hitting it with my knee a few times.(like others have suggested.) BUT, the other thing I had to do was have it laying facedown on the ground then try and power it on. I have had to do this every time I turn it on, so I hope it eventually fixes itself.... And I did this with the HDMI and a controller plugged in. Hope this helps!
