Try starting the tablet in [https://www.verizonwireless.com/support/knowledge-base-164484/|safe mode] to check that it starts up OK without rebooting.
If it does then a downloaded app is the problem. The trick is to find out which one.
If you have just recently installed or updated some downloaded apps and then the problem started try uninstalling them first, one by one. Check between each uninstall if the problem has gone by trying to start the tablet in the normal way and see if the problem has gone. If it has then the last app uninstalled was the problem
