I had my iPhone 8+ screen replaced a while ago, which resulted in a lack of audio from earpiece. After getting that replaced, phone was just fine. Now, I just installed a software upgrade (whatever newest one is. 11.3?) and no touch response whatsoever even with umpteen hard resets. Can't reset through iTunes because the passcode is activated and I can't enter it. What can I do? I have no idea how to revert to my old iOS and I have no idea what's going on. Do I have to go to Apple or can the guy who replaced the screen initially fix this for me? Help! I NEED my phone.
