How can I remove "repeat song" feature on my SONY car CD player?

I haven't found a single answer to this question so I have come here seeking help. I have a SONY CD player which is attached to my car. It has radio and standby functionality. My issue is that whenever I use CD player, the same song will repeat and play over unless I hit the forward button. How can I remove this feature? I never turned the setting on and despite extensively looking at settings and pressing buttons, nothing seems to disable "repeat song." I don't have the exact model number of my CD player, but I can update here when I get it. Please help!
