I purchased a set off of Amazon that came with "tools" and a roll of 1mm double sided adhesive tape. You would just lay a strip down and then pull of the non stick side. Pretty easy to use. The tools is comes with are pretty useless though (bad screwdriver, and doesn't have tri-wing screwdriver).
