Why is my toshihba freezing on internet?

so my toshiba satetille cc25  was acting strange. i tried to set up norton to get

rid of the problem. it didn't so i wipe the computer to see if it'll fix the lap top.

everything was fine last night. then it started freezing at the opening screen,

then it can on desktop. the norton is gone and when i go on internet to it freezes
