I have a 2006 dodge durango with a 4.7L .I was was driving in the rain on the instate running about 80 mph with crusie control set the car jerked i looked at the temp guage it dropped and the rpms redlined and transmission acked as if it were in Neutral i pulled over and turned it off when i tried to start it back i back i turned over alot be for it started and i put it in gear its very sluggish till about 2000 rpms then lunges and shift fast though second and 3rd but does fine after that crusie control dosnt work anymore and i have no clue were to start ive never had this nor ever heared of this happening any help would be Appreciated thank you
