Sorry to say but it sounds like the integrated graphics which is on the CPU has gone bad from overheating.
Can't really do much about that as it's soldered on board plus the screen is almost impossible to remove without cracking the glass.
You could probably try factory resetting / reinstalling the operating system to try to fix the problem, but there isn't much more that can be done to it.
