1. Do wheel balancing.

2. If that didn't help - check the calliper pins, make sure they are not bent (even slight bent will cause a problem).

I had a case when some stupid mechanic over-tightened them up to bending them. I had uneven break pads wear on rear, that also was partially locking disk breaks, wearing them off, increased petrol consumption, annoying sound, overheating...etc. In case of front wheels you'll get vibration. Considering you've changed break pads recently - this might be the exact problem.

3.  If that doesn't help - your break disks overheated at some point and if they are not so flat anymore - one more reason for vibration.
