My two month old nuvi 2689 LMT does not come on anymore. After removing the battery, I checked the battery voltage with a BK Precision multimeter. It reads 3.4 volts out of a possible 3.7 volt maximum, therefore I believe this battery is good. I do not see any loose wires or broken connections under 10 power magnification. Does anyone know what could be wrong with this unit. If the screen itself has failed can this part be purchased? It appears to be a plug in unit. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
