Since you tried a reset (I assume that you mean a factory reset?) and it is still happening the only thing now is to check if there is a [https://support.t-mobile.com/docs/DOC-34694|system update] available. If there is try it and see if it resolves the problem.

If there is not or if there is and it still doesn't help, how old is the phone? Judging by the reviews it is a fairly recent model. Check your purchase receipt for a date and if the phone is less than 12 months old consult the manufacturer's warranty statement as to what you have to do to make a claim for a manufacturer's warranty repair or replacement.
