If you select a guide, you can watch the video and then stop it at a suitable point for the picture that you want to have as a wallpaper and then take a screenshot.
Use a picture editing program to edit the picture to suit and then use this [https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.shirobakama.wallpaper&hl=en|app] to convert it to a wallpaper for your phone.
Here is an image that I've taken from the [guide|102745] guide as an example of what you might be able to use.
