Hi @justme152, sorry to hear about that, does the power cable to the printer come with a fuse? had you tested with another one?

before proceeding next for more troubleshooting, and if you are unsure on what to do, contact a friend or someone who knows about it as you need to work with some live voltages.

else you need to dismantle the printer to the power supply module, measure with a multimeter on the DC output of it to check if there are any voltages. This to ensure that your power supply module is not faulty.

if the power supply is busted, you can consider repairing it or hopefully get the replacement module from ebay, etc.

note to check the internal logic board too, sometimes, it might be corrupted or defective.
