You definitely have a wireless device that is interfering with the blue tooth signal to the Pulse 2 speaker and need to upgrade the speaker's firmware to correct this. The same thing happened to me so I finally took my Pulse 2 speaker outside of my house (away from the interference) and after walking approximately 50 ft., the blue tooth on my phone was able to once again connect to the speaker. I then used the "JBL connect" app which identified that the speaker firmware needed updating. I was still within the range of my wireless router, so the app was able to download the version 6.xx firmware from the internet and then using the blue tooth connection, upload it to the Pulse 2 (takes approx. 10-15 min.). After the speaker firmware was updated, the blue tooth connects every time without any interference problem. Hope this helps.
